Capture One Pro 10 cannot open Sony A7iii .arw files

I have been using Version 10.1.x before and cannot open the raw (.arw) files by my SONY a7iii.

So I now updated to 10.2.x already, but still cannot open. My license is only for PRO 10 version, so I cannot update to Version 11.

I have messaged the PhaseOne Support many times but their replies are not helpful at all, only telling me that Version 10.2.x should be able to open .arw files, and then tell me I can try buying Version 11.??

Can anyone help me?...

    The A7 III is not supported in any version of 10. It is absent from the supported camera list in the 10.2.1 release notes () as well as in this KB article that we keep up to date with supported cameras:

    Support for the A7 III (aka the A7 mk 3) was introduced in version 11.1, as noted in the current release notes, here:
