Exposure Warning Behaviour
Hello,
Could some explain me how the exposure warning works ?
Please have a look to this grab. Why do C1P shows the blue sky as burnt ?
- C1P viewer with Exposure Warning Off
- C1P viewer with Exposure Warning On
- Lightroom viewer with Exposure Warning On. The pictures has been exported to tiff16, and imported in Lightroom.
And my C1P's exposure preferences
Thanks!
Regards
Have fun

LR and CO exposure clipping viewers work in basically the same way. You can set the level that you want the exposure mask to be active in the settings in CO as you have already found.
However... LR (PV2012) applies recovery to the raw image by default (even if you have recovery set at zero) so will show less blown highlights than other raw converters. Set LR to PV2010 and you will see the difference.0
