Upgrade Problem from Pro 3.7.x to Pro 4.x

    Have you entered your license key and activated 4.8.3 or are you running trial mode?

    I, of course, enter my license key to activate the software.

    In this case, do you think that my license key is not valid for Pro 4.8.3 version?

    I can fixe my problem based on the thread "Lost Capture One 4.8.1 Pro Features" on July 5th, 2009.

    The problem is that I have changed my system drive few weeks ago and the file "license2.enc" protects the software license very strictly.

    I deleted the license2.enc file and deactivated once on the web (could not through C1 due to error) and then,
    reactivated the license. Now, it works well.

    Note that the file "license2.enc" does not located in
    C:\Program Files\Phase One\Capture One
    but in
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Phase One\Capture One
    in my case.
