metadata not sticking

My metadata is not sticking to the next image shot. Any ideas why?

    I assume you shoot tethered. What is your next capture adjustments setting? Any metadata in particular, for example IPTC data, rating, color tag?

    I checked this feature and in my setup the metadata is not copied as well.

    I directed the issue in a message to Phase One as I am not sure whether this is on purpose or not. To explain, you might know that when you copy adjustments through the clipboard, metadata is not selected and applied by default. This is on purpose.

    Probably but to be confirmed, the Copy from Last setting during tethering works the same way. I'll let you know if I know more.

    Update: it is confirmed as a bug. The Windows version does copy the metadata.
