Exporting processed DNGs

How come, when I export images, for each image I get 2 variants XXX,Jpg and XXX_1.Jpg?
Can I get only one JPG for each RAW image that I process? How?

    How many recipes do you have selected in the process menu?

    Yes, it sounds like you have more than one recipe enabled and that's resulting in two JPGs being created. Try unchecking all the recipes except for the one JPG you'd like to create. It may also be that you have Show Enabled Only checked at the bottom of the Process Recipes tool - uncheck that to disable any unwanted recipes from outputting files.
