I don't think that tool exists.

Like you i have been messing with C1 and debating the purchase. There are quite a few things that are not there that i miss a lot. Then there is the DAM itself. Im afraid Aperture has a lock on that hands down.

C1 has some nice tools and a great initial import, but with NIC and Aperture Im finding there is not really anything I can't keep doing for minimum another 16 months.

At this point the Aperture DAM and workflow and ability to use my plugins is still holding me to Aperture.

Also I doo a lot off shoots, import them to my notebook, and may edit them. When the time comes I export the project as Library an then import it when I get home into my main library .. all my edits and keywords still there. I don't see in C1 yet how I would do this so simply as I can now.

As another newcomer to C1 I posted my thoughts here a short while ago. To reiterate those thoughts here's my list:
    1. The ability to have the panels locked in position in full screen mode with the image resized to fit the remaining workspace with a simple keyboard shortcut to hide/resize the image to full screen as is possible in Aperture.
    2. I have found the “feather†brush in Aperture to be extremely useful for blending the edges of brushed masks and would appreciate something similar in C1
    3. The spot removal tool in C1 I find pretty limited and would like to see it’s functionality extended to that of the tool in LR
    4. As yet I have not found a red-eye reduction tool (I don’t think there is one?) and would welcome it's inclusion. Is there another method available in C1 of dealing with red-eye?

As for your import from your notebook etc. can this not be done by creating a "session" on your notebook and importing that to your catalog when you get home?

    regards

I made this work by assigning View/Hide Viewer to control-V and View/Hide Browser to control-B.

Starting with both the viewer and browser visible, I hit control-B to get just the viewer. From that point control-v toggles between the browser and the viewer (with the current selected image in view).

The missing features that are about to drive me away from C1 are all about DAM. Keyword options are horrible and barely functional. Metadata is very limited in what can be viewed and where (Aperture is exceptional strong there). Deleting images from disk requires returning to the All Images collection and hunting the desired images from the entire collection! You can tell I'm using the catalog, rather than sessions, to more closely mimic Aperture. Smart albums don't show their image count as do other collections.

As for red-eye I may have a solution.
Its not as "one-clicky" like LR, but it works.
Create a new layer in local adjustments. Brush on a mask in the troubled area.
Go to the advanced tab in color editor and pick the offending red with the dropper.
    Adjust to taste.
