tethered shooting canon eos 1 mark III 6.0.1.

hi there... we have problems with our newest mac book pro shooting tethered with the canon. macosx 10.6.6. op sys, 6.0.1 caspture one... comp recons the canon even let´s you shoot it but does not read the file...any ideas? would appreciate it... torsten

  I understand the file is transferred to the system during tethering but CO 601 does not read it. Do you mean CO 601 does not read it at all or not automatically? Is image file corrupt, can it be opened with other software? I assume we are talking raw file transfer here.
  
  You might want to try other USB ports on the system.

  Hi,
  Today I used Thetherd Canon eos 1ds Mk3 Raw(CR2).
  I set up a group shot did all the tests using CO1Pro 6.0.1 all was well.
  the group came I took the shots checked on the Mac book pro for the focus on the shots.
  The group left and I looked at the files . THERE WERE NONE.
  I imidiatly took another shot watched in come (as usual) into the Programe and the pevious shot disapeard... PANIC
  All the .cof and .cos . cop data are the in the settings folder for each image. Its the CR2 raw file that I am looking for now!
  ANY ideas would be welcome
