Not again!!! Previews are black

    First thing to do is file a support request since this is a member to member forum. Second thing to try is resetting your preferences and try and rebuild your previews. Third, and this is a shot in the dark, repair your permissions (Applications>Utilities>Disk Utilities).

    Check your preview size in preferences too. I know I remember reading on here that that should be set based on your monitor resolution.

    Were you using the "Erase After Import" option? If so, there may have been an error reading the file completely before they were removed. This is fixed in an upcoming release and can be fixed with the current files by simply applying a White Balance value.

    While this seems to fix it, you also loose all settings you have done to that image.

    I have reported a bug into the support system for this, as it does happen with shots in folders and not from imported from any cards.
