Disappearing crops, adjustments and selections..
Hi There,
I run a Mac Book Pro, Intel i7, 10.8.05, Capture One 7.1.5.
All works well for me , except the most frustrating and infuriating problem.
After spending countless hours, cropping, colour correcting adjusting etc, with no hiccups.
Capture one will decide its time to make all those corrections just disappear.
I may open a new folder, come back to the one i had been working on and Bam, all that work has been set back to the original setting.
Has this happened to anyone else ?
Its very frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
David

Hi David,
Create a new session and then look at that folder again. Do you see the edits? We have seen this happen in the past due to a bit of session corruption which prevents the settings file from being read properly. Loading the images in a new session will make the edits visible. You can also try to repair the session form the File menu.0 -
Hi John,
Thank you for the prompt reply and even better still, the perfect solution to my problem.
YES indeed all the edits have re-appeared, just like Magic.
FYI, I have made a call to Santa, and he has definitely put you at the top of my " Nice " list.
Greatly appreciated, thank you once again.
Keep up the Amazing work….
Cheers

I also have this problem but don't understand the instructions? Can you explain how to solve this problem please. I think that it was caused by every single time I open CO it crashes and I have to load it a second time to start work. 0
