Could not process file

I've just upgraded to Capture One 8 - I'm trying to save my files - doing nothing I haven't done in 6 or 7 and am getting the following Events noted - 'could not process file' is anyone else having this problem? I'm on a Mac Pro running 10.9.4

    A bit more details would help. In particular, what file, and process to what format? And are you using Pro, Pro (Sony), Express (Sony) or DB?
