Capture One Pro 4.5.1 needs to resemble v 3.7.9

I agree, and would like to add:

The session and system folders in Capture One 4 Pro do not work as well as the previous version of Capture One. When I shoot catalogs, I will often shoot up to 40 or more folders or "shots", all of which I place in the "Capture" folder. In Capture one 3.7.9 I can easily access all these folders under the Session Folders Window, after creating them through the Apple OS file browser or from within C1Pro itself. In the C14Pro, it seems I have to create all these folders through Apple OS, and then one at a time designate them as favorites by navigating through the System Folders window, which is a very time consuming process. It is a very clunky way of arranging the folders and not remotely as simple as the system in 3.7.9. But the only alternative is to create a session for each individual "shot", which is just crazy... especially considering in my case these shot sessions for a catalog job may only have 20 images in them. This one thing will most likely prevent me from using C14. Or am I missing something?

I also agree totally, and would like to add...

Where are the simple and easy to use pull down menus for applying image adjustments to other images?? The clipboard function is awful and doesn't even work half the time.

Where is the pull down menu for rotation? It WAS so easy before. Double clicking on a particular adjustment brought up a dialogue, you did your thing, clicked on "apply", checked what you wanted, and away you went.... done, simple. Want to make a 0.1 degree correction, click the arrow key once... EASY! Now, with 4.5, forget about it.

Creating folders within a working session for multiple models and assigning each one to be the capture folder when needed WAS so easy... now it is a pain, confusing, and counter intuitive. Overall very disappointing.

After seeing processed images in Photoshop and returning to Capture 4 to continue, the color wheel from hell has to make a 20 second appearance before I can continue doing ANYTHING! This with an 8 core Dual 3 Ghz Macpro with 16GB of Ram and the highest graphics card available. Are you kidding me??? Phase is defending this performance?

The new Hasselblad Phocus software seems to be getting it right with the look and feel of Capture 3.7.x with the look and feel of Mac OS, and is a serious consideration for me to switch to Imacon imaging.... sorry Phase.

I have gone back to 3.7.x Pro until I change my cameras; I will then look again at what C1 vX.X looks like at that point; and then I will make a decision as to whether I stay with PhaseOne.
