Capture One 4.0, WHEN?

Could someone please tell me when Capture One 4.0 will be available for download. Will there possibly be an early beta download? I have a P45+ back and my only choice to RAW processing is the current version of Capture One. If my file has bright highlights and deep shadows it is impossible to set both black and white points to maintain all my data. I have to process twice and go into Photoshop for blending, a time consuming less than ideal process. it will be at least another two months before Lightroom supports the plus files.

I have a wonderfully high tech digital back with only old software to process the files with. Please, some firm realistic dates to except C1-4.0. Thanks, Eleanor

    One thing I wonder about C1 v4... will there be a native 64bits version to run on OS X Leopard.

    Will it support native Nikon thetered shooting... without the need to go through lame Nikon Capture NX...

    Anyone?
