Delay of Canon 20D support (3.6 for C1 Pro)

I am concerned that you are going out of business since there have been so many delays. I have money invested in you and this worries me considerable. All other raw conversions that I am aware have supported the Canon 20D a long time ago. What is going on at Phase One ? Your support is very poor.

    The delay is primarly due to major restructuring of the Windows version which will come to everyones advantage in future. The restructuring will mean faster implementaion of new cameras and higher stability of the application.
    I do not understand why you comment about poor support, please see under Http://support.phaseone.com we have more support options then most of our competitors.

    I've been using C1 for a while now. I've been using the rebel version and have been very happy with support and the software. I upgraded from a Canon 300d to a 20d in November. I want to use C1 for my raw workflow and had I known that 3.5.2 did not support the 20d, I would not have upgraded. I probably would have looked for another raw conversion tool.

    So I've been waiting for 2 months for the version that supports .cr2 files from my 20d.

    and waiting and waiting....

    I too have always received good support from C1 and I would rather it takes a little more time to get the product right than release before it is ready.
