Folders

Have been watching Luminous Landscape's tutorials on Capture One. In version 7, default folders were set up on import as a preset. Haven't seen that in Version 9. Is that still available? I thought RAW files were to go to one sub, metadata to another, trash a third, etc. Am curious about whats changed on the file/library and where to find out about it. THanks!
