Missing previews
I shoot with a H20 and use 3.5 v887 to develop my RAW files.
Today I encountered a strange thing, three of the previews were missing from the thumbnailarea, I could not get any preview at all for these pictures. I managed to develop the pictures, but was very annoyed that the previews was gone.
Is there a way to get them back, or are they gone for ever ?
I am on a MacG5 2x2 using latest systemversion.

Hi
The 3.5.0 is not a good solution to use on the H-backs - please find the newest 3.5.2 on the website and use this version instead.0 -
Since I can do only two upgrades without additional costs, does this update really count since the version I got does not work good with my P1 H20, after all, this software is the only I can use to develop pictures for my back. I do not like this new system since I feel that we have already payed a lot for our backs and should be able to upgrade the software for free or at least almost for free.
Hoping for the best...0 -
You are using a Phase One Digital Back - then you have the possibility to have free software for the rest of your life - if you are using C1 DB - in version 3.6 C1 DB will be a full featured software except support for the DSLR cameras. If it completely free for Digital Backs users and all upgrades are free as well.
If you have C1 Pro - and want C1 DB contact your dealer and he will provide you with a free C1 DB Product Key.
About the upgrade question: All version number changes on the 3rd digit are maintaince releases and will be free of charge. Eg. you have 3.5.0 - all 3.5.x versions are free - upgrades from 3.5 to 3.6 or 3.7 may be payable but there are no charges to the 3.5.2 version which i absolutely recommend to all digital back users.0
