Camera Settings window blank
I use a Canon 1Ds, and a Mac 15" G4 Powerbook )SX10.4,7, and I shoot tethered with CO Pro 3.7.4. All used to work perfectly. Lately, when I go the menu bar to Camera>>Settings (this is where you can select the camera orientation, etc.) the enitie Settings window comes up blank. A totally empty window, no text, no pull downs menus, nothing but a totally blank window. It happens most, but not all of the time now. I try to reboot, reconnect, camera on and off, every possible combination of restarting, and it just stays blank when I go to Camera>>Settings.
I am able to still shoot tethered however, the hot key works, images download fine, they just come in oprintated the way they were set the last time the menu actually worked.
Any ideas?

I uninstalled 3.7.3 and reinstalled 3.7.3 and all works fine for now. Must be a glitch in 3.7.4 0 -
John Luke,
You are correct, it is a Bug in 3.7.4 that has already been fixed in a Beta PRO 3.7.5No Final date for release of this Mac version.
Beta is made available to Users via a Support Case with request.

Thanks Keith. Phase One was very prompt with their reply to the suppost case I opened. Kudos! Speaking of 3.4.5, any chance of a PanoTools based distortion correction being added? Kekus has a real neat interface called LensFix that is the only way to correct for wavy-line or mostache distortion, common in all 35mm wide angle lenses. 0 -
John Luke,
4.0 is already highly anticipated in regards to added Features and Functions.
If you remember in the recent past, Feature Requests could be submitted directly from Capture One.
There were also opportunities on this Forum to submit Feature Requests as well as a few week period when Users could interact directly with our Development Team and exchange thoughts and expectations.
Many creative ideas and Feature Requests were submitted and have been given thorough attention by R&D and Developers for implementation in future versions.
Feature Requests now are to be submitted via a Support Case, and they continue to come in this way. It is never too late, so please submit this as a Feature Request in a Case.
Phase One continues it's History of working and communicating with Photographers' needs, wants and desires for improvement in our products.
Sincerely,
k c0
