Capture Pilot Set Up

I have viewed the Youtube video with regards to Capture Pilot. He mentions Internet sharing on the Mac.
Is this necessary if you have an Apple Airport wifi set up in the studio?

    No, it is not necessary as long as your device is on the same network (and you don't have some kind of special network setup). However, it may improve performance if the device is closer to the server computer (running Capture One) than to the access point.
