Catalogue locked.

After moving my whole C1P programme to another patrition using Appmover which I have used successfully many times in the past I am informed at startup that the catalogue is locked with tips how to unlock it. When I go to File>Unlock Catalogue I get a box which invites me to lock the catalogue. Clicking that I get another box which tells me that locking failed. All rather baffling. Could someone advise please?

    Remove the "writelock" file from your catalogue folder

    Thanks Robert. i have run a search on my file system but there is no file of that name anywhere. I am wondering whethe the catalogue was corrupted when it was moved.

    As a heads up, I currently have this issue with C1 9 on a Mac. Ticket initiated around Nov. 15.

    The catalogue is locked and the issue is currently with Phase One R&D.

    They are not optimistic about unlocking it. Which is great.. This means that all the work I have done on my images will be lost. I cannot export images either. Glad I have my master separate and was using what in Aperture was called reference files...

    And why do you not try to delete "writelock" file?
