Dear Phase One,
In your latest raw news, you've told me you are watching how many times I install C1. Well....how many times am I allowed to? And since you are counting how many times I install your application, I'd appreciate it if you would both count, and take into consideration how many times I have to UNinstall the application to go back to a previous, more stable version.
I had to abandon 3.6 because it's bugs crippled my workflow. I've just installed 3.7, and had to re-install my camera driver afterward because suddenly my computer couldn't see it (it could yesterday). And 3.7 seems more than willing to cut off communication with my 1Ds.
If I have to go back to 3.5 again, and you are counting how many times I load it, how far can I go before you guys cut me off?
I love everything up to 3.5.2 and am a loyal user. BUT I'd appreciate your counting to take into consideration that every installation is not new, and that many of them are repairs, retry's, system upgrades etc.

What is being monitored is Activations. A software license is for a single user and can be activated on 2 machines. Typically a studio machine and a laptop. Unfortunately, the license rules and allowances of the past have been abused by some and Phase One has decided to monitor Activations more stringently. This should not present a problem for you given your explanation. Should a future Activation be prevented, you can contact Marketing Department directly at: marketing@phaseone.dk
