Editing 'Open With' dropdown list?

I have done it in the past with older versions but I can't for the life of me remember how to add a programme to the 'Open With' and 'Edit With' lists. Could somebody please remind me how it's done?

    There's no built-in mechanism in C1 allowing to edit this list. This is a long lasting request that has always been ignored by the C1 developers and they are plain wrong.
