Image adjustments functionality

In 3.7.9 in preferences under the 'general' tab there was a button under 'tool operation' you could select called "operate on all images". That was one of the single most valuable functions in the speed of my workflow that seems to be gone now. This copy and paste stuff I hate for the most part!!! Selecting and deselecting the things you don't want to copy is very slow!! Before in 3.7.9 I could select various images and then select a grey card in one of those images with the picker and all the images would change instantly. Same with exposure adjustments. PLEASE BRING THAT OPTION BACK! It's one of the reasons I won't use 4.X yet. And have you solved the problem with the star ratings carrying over from image to image?

    I agree that CO4 is more work intensive than CO3. Being able to batch apply settings in each tool with the click of a button is sorely missed in 4. The copy/paste function is too time consuming.
    Also, not being able to batch rename files is a real shortcoming; you can't always stop shooting after the first capture and name the first file so that each subsequent file will have the same name.

    Thanks for the backup Keith. I got a message from PO that the new toggle switch at the top is supposed to allow you to apply adjustments to all selected variants but my experience is it does absolutely nothing!
