orientation change for live view/ tethering

i have a situation that i want to either live view, and/or tether with a camera mounted upside down.
can i have the view and/or tethered images flipped when they get to the computer? there seems to be an option under camera/orientation, but it is greyed out. is this option only for phase backs? the camera i will be using is a 5dmk3.

  We can only take and display the signal the camera provides. If you can flip live view on the camera itself, that will be reflected in Capture One's display.
