I paid for capture one 12 for fuji on 3/4/19 and never downloaded it. Why cant I now.
I paid for a download and never used it.
I tried to enter the license key, and it does not work.
How can you take $109. of my money, and give me nothing.
I want a refund, or a new working download for my Fuji xt3 which I never used.

Try downloading it from their archives and see if your serial number still works.
Choose the Fuji version during the installation process.0
