Can I not create sub folders to start with ?

If I don't want to create all these sub folders in a new session, this thing wont let me delete them in the New Session Window.  I looked in preferences and dont see where I can turn that off.  I only want 1 sub folder called Outputs.  How do I do that ?

  For what reason do you find a need to delete the Outputs folder in a session rather than just ignore it ? Or rename it?

  Bear in mind that you have the folder AND a Link function that by default points to the folder created but during use can be changed to point to some other folder if required. You may need a solution to the elimination of that feature as well?

   

  Personally speaking, as a Sessions user, I find the Output folder concept ideal for my purposes as a default option but using Output Recipes means I have complete flexibility to bypass the session default (or build sub-folders within it) according to need.

  Did you try to enter the word Outputs to the right of where it says Capture, Selects, Ouput and Trash sub folder when you create a new session? You may save it as a named template for later use, then navigate from "Blank" to your chosen template name and click OK.
