I think if you were to consider the Enterprise support model you would be likely to have access to the sort of support you seek.
However, without knowing what problem you are having it is difficult to assess whether the email support being offered should indeed be resolving your problem. It may well be that talking is not going to add much to what the emails suggest.
At the moment it is not possible to tell.
Bear in mind that this is primarily a User to User forum, not an official support channel.
Have you already used the "Submit a request" option? I would guess yes based on what you wrote - but to make the assumption without confirmation is perhaps not helpful to you.
Indeed what is the connection between the price you mention and support fo leqacy software? (Which is what the forum thread is about.)
