new purchase issues

I upgraded from the trial version to the bundle including style packs and received the email with links to download the new version and the style packs which I did. However, when I start the application it still says its the trial version. How do I apply  the new license key? I cant find a place to activate the new key?

  Go to Help-> License... and click Deactivate 

  Restart the application and enter your account and license key when asked.

  Under the Help menu in C1 there is a Licence menu item, it looks like you have to deactivate the trial licence and then you will be able to ender the code you were given when you purchased.  The above may article from Lily at C1 may help.

  There are several other articles in the support files that might interest you.

  Presumably you have activated you Trail installation.

  You should de-activate this first by logging in to your account or using the License ... link from the C1 help menu.

   

  Than you can activate with your new license key. There is no need to install the newly downloaded version UNLESS it is a later release than you used for the trial.
