Tethering not working with MacOS Big Sur
I can't get tethering to work after installing MacOS Big Sur developer beta. The same thing happened when the Catalina developer beta was released, tethering stopped working with it.
Has anyone else tried to tether with Big Sur? I'd like to at least verify that it's not my problem, but Big Sur and Apple's problem.
BTW, I don't need a lecture on why I shouldn't have installed Big Sur. I have a justified need for doing so.
Thanks!

I'm guessing its a simple matter that the current released version of C1 isn't set up to work and play well with the beta of OSX's latest release.
And especially since you said same thing happened with Catalina when it was new and beta, I'm thinking it is very reasonable to assume that is the same problem here.

C1 production support for Mac releases usually comes out about three months after the OS goes live. There were major tethering issues with Catalina last year but now it works ok. In summary, don’t hold your breath!

Anyone else having this issue now that the full release is out?
My MBP crashed and restarted on shoot day when tethering to C1, not just the program.
Didn't get to try it with Lightroom to see if it was an Apple issue.
Hope a work around comes about soon.0 -
I don't think C1 has been certified for use with Big Sur yet. I would think that may happen in a few weeks but also in the mix are support for Apple's new M1 chips and possibly iPhone ProRAW - so it may take a while. It doesn't usually happen until a couple of fix releases have been made to the OS. This is a long way of saying that you may get this kind of response if you raise a support ticket! (Sorry - have suffered before and always hold fire now, can't risk client impact).

Is it still a fact that C1 tethering is not working with Mac Bis Sur-Version? Would it help to upgrade to C1 Vers. 21? Will this be fixed soon? If not I guess I need to change back to the old mac version.
