Creating crop annotations or notes for retouchers. Cropping outside image.

We do high volume photography. I need two sizes and ratios from one image.  Example. square, and a wide horizontal. I want my retoucher to deliver these to us so we don't have to go back and crop. We are trying to minimize our workflow.

I am sure this is somewhat a common problem.  Does anyone have experience with a solution for this?

I also cannot crop outside the image. That would help on another problem.

    Is this something that you need for V12 (as it is in the archived forum) or V20?

     

    Annotations are available in recent versions.

     

    There is an option available to crop outside the image. It's part of the Crop tool settings.
