C1 Importing random images into session on open!

I'm super happy that they fixed the issues with layers/masks/colours.
BUT now I'm getting a strange and annoying issue.
When I opened a new session that I used for a small family-trip I notised that C1 started to render previews - It looked strange since I did not add any images at the point. Then I saw images that were in a folder on my HD were being imported into the session. I figured that I must have done something.. I opened another session and the same happened but images from another folder!
Anyone else having this issue? (I could not find an article mentioning this)

You write that you had "used" the session. Does that mean you had previously imported images to it or have associated a "favourite" folder to it?
Is so you probably had the images in view when you closed the session?
In such a situation C1 will usually try to re-open the session in the same atate that you closed it last time it was open.
Part of that process will require it to read the foler that was open at the tome of close and load the thumbnails for the Browser and the Previews for the main edit window (Viewer), into memory and apply some edit settings to the contents of the memory before presenting it ready for you to use.
Is this, perhaps, what is happening with your sessions?
