Reimporting RAW files

Hi, I’m having an issue reimporting Fuji RAW files into Capture One 20. These have been previously deleted and no longer in trash. I am downloading from my Amazon photos backup and can clearly see the files on my hard drive. I’ve tried importing from both Downloads and Pictures folder on my MacBook Air but getting the error message “no unique images”. Toggling on and off exclude duplicates and include subfolders makes no difference. Help!

    When you say "No longer in trash" - have they been deleted from Catalogue trash AND system trash?

    Try turning off the "Check for duplicates" option on import..

    Do all of your files have unique file names in the catalog AND in your backup and as copied to your hard drive?

    Are you trying to import the files to be MANAGED in the catalog or are they to be used a REFERENCED file from where they currently exist on the hard drive?

    Hi I have emptied all the trash to no avail. I have tried to open one file I’m using as a test though it’s happening with loads of them. The file is located in downloads folder, not contained in a sub folder. Capture one isn’t “seeing it” either in downloads or when I try to import to manage within catalogue. Generally I manage my files within catalogue. The files all have the camera file name, I never add new names. Hope you can help.
