Serious problem: custom tool tab disappears

On installing version 13.1.1.31, I found a custom tool tab I had created disappeared. I recreated it, only to find it had disappeared again on restarting C1. How can I revert to the previous version until this is fixed?

    Try again and save your settings as a named workspace (Window menu). You can have several and recall the one you once tailored for the job at hand. C1 may overwrite settings in the "Default" workspace and thus chanhe how it appears. I have not experienced C1 overwriting any of my named workspaces.
