Hi folks !

English is not my mother language, like many people around the world using this fabulous software, please don't blame me...
I already got the last upgrade of C1 20 on a pc (Win7) in Paris. Works absolutely fine :)
Now I wish to install C1 on another laptop in Norway (Win10) since, as said everywhere, it is possible.
I did download the trial version, I got a activation, it is ok, but this is valid only for 30 days.

I tried 2 times (on line and manual activation) to fix it definitely, but no way, it stands as a trial version. I feel like a child with its broken toy :( 

How can I get it permanent ? Any step-by-step manual on the website ? Do I have to download the full install file and then enter the previous activation code ? I was asked the name of the computer... How to ?

    You accidently activated your laptop in Norway with a trial key. Deactivate Capture One and activate with the same key that you used in Paris.

    If you do not have that key with you, login to your account at Capture One and go the license management to retrieve the key.
