mac OS requirements for C1 20

Hi. I currently owns a capture one version 12 and wants to ugrade to the C! v 20. My mac OS is Sierra 10.12.6. Do I need to upgrade my mac OS?? thanks

  I'm still on Mojave, so Sierra will be just fine!

  That says you need at least High Sierra (10.13.6). However, some people have reported issues when using High Sierra.  Example: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360011172337-C20-upgrade-won-t-open
