Activate Capture One 20 on a Mac

Hi everyone

I am a new user of capture and I try to install the software on a PC and Mac. No worries with the PC, everything ok.

On the mac, I went to my profile / Manage licence and offline activation.

For Computer Name, I can write any name ?

I paste the activation code find in the software but I can not do anything more, nothing happen then ... Do you know why ?

  sur Mac, avec CO lancé, tu n'as qu'à clicker l'onglet
  pour enregistrer et activer le logiciel. Bonne chance!

  Bonjour et merci pour la réponse.

  Sur le mac je ne peux aller plus loin que cette étape. Je suis allé sur mon profil et via cette page j'ai télécharger la même version que pour le PC. 

  L'activation en ligne ne donne pas de réponse, et pour celle offline, il me manque la clef d'activation.

  Du coup je suis bloqué ! Merci

  Try the online activation instead of offline activation.

  For further assistance, contact support. With activation issues, it is best to ask them for help.
