Upgrade discount code does not work

Permanently deleted user

So I am an annual subscriber to capture one, but everytime I open the software I receive discount codes to upgrade (45% code and 55% discount code) but non of them works for me, does anyone else have any idea whats going on?

    I'm experiencing exactly the same problem right now. I bought a licence outright a couple of years ago and have now received a discount code for 40%, but when I try to apply it to an upgrade it doesn't work, only if I complete as a new customer. Seems odd to me. I'm not sure if it will even let me subscribe as a new user if I already have an account.
