Permanently deleted user

after installing capture one 20 for fuji the software is not able to import any image

it creates the catalogue but is not able to import the raw files

    To get help on this from other users here, you will need to tell us a bit more. Things like...

    • what steps are you taking to import the images?
    • importing from a memory card or an existing location on your computer?
    • what happens when you try? - any error messages, or just nothing happening?
    • are the images from supported Fuji cameras?

    ... and anything else that might help us diagnose the problem.
