Capture One 20 for Fujifilm don't find .RAF files in folder

Hi,

I have Capture One 20 for Fujifilm version 13.1.1.31 and when I use the import tool it does not find the .RAF files in the computer folder and also do not detect the memory card which is configured as ''external memory''. 

When in go directly in the folder and right click on the .RAF files and select -open with - Capture One, it works.

I don't think it's PC related because I don't have this problem with Lightroom.

I hope someone knows how to fix this !

    Hello, I don't have the Fuji version so the picture is a grab from the Pro version.  

    When you click on the import button do you see the Import Images Dialogue?  If yes, then are you able able to select the Source and then use the Choose Folder... item to navigate to where your images are stored?

    Hi Mark, Thank you for your time ! You made me realize that I have to Add the folder as Source and then select it.

    I was sure it was not a PC or software issue, just a user problem ;)
