Invalid Licence Pro 20
I upgraded from Capture One 11 (5 license key) to Capture One Pro 20 (10 license subscription)
The license is coming up as invalid, and now Capture 11 will not open either.
I have a studio full of photographers and retouchers that can't work.
I sent an email 8 hours ago, but haven't heard anything.
This response time is killing a high turn around studio and clients are not happy with me,
Any idea what is wrong or a better way to reach out to CO's help desk?

When you say "email" do you mean an email or did you use the "Submit a request" feature?
Are you registered as an Enterprise level customer?
What are you doing when the licence comes up as invalid?
Are you able to log in to the Licence Management system?
