activation on my new compueter 16inch macbook pro
Dear Employee, I have an account with you and cannot log in (administrations@bulletmodels.nl) to activate my new computer capture one. Logging in is also no longer possible, because the license code is not visible. Would love to receive an answer because I have a photo shoot tomorrow. Like to hear from you. Otherwise, please call me. Or sent me the licence code.

What message do you get when you attempt to login to your account?
Is it possible that the license account uses a different name or password?
