I can't open the capture one 20.

I have capture one 10 on my computer.but i couldn't open capture one 20 for nikon trial.how can i open it?

    When you say you can't open it, what happens when you try? Have you installed the app in your Applications folder? Did you get a Product Code from Capture One? (Even the trial requires a product code these days, though of course for the trial it doesn't cost you anything.)

    I tried everything you were saying, but at the end I got a message saying I can't open because I have existing software. Do I just have to buy it if I want to try it? .. ..
