Edit With .tif Different From RAW File

I use the Edit With function to send my RAW images out to the printer using Qimage One.  Sometimes (not always), the Capture One created .tif is different from the original RAW image.

I'm using CO 13.1.1.24 on macOS 10.15.6.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?  Thx.
