Named variants / side notes

Add my name to the chorus of people requesting the ability to name a variant. Sometimes I'll have 10 variants of an original raw file used for different purposes. It would be nice to be able to name them according to their purpose. 

Also, while I appreciate annotations, what would be super helpful for me is to keep side notes for a variant. Just a big text box in the tool tab where I can write notes to myself for future use. Don't want it to show up in the exported metadata or anything like that. Strictly internal to CO and on a per variant basis.
