Color Editor does not work on my Fujifilm RAW files
There is a bug, when I click on "Skin Tone" in Color Editor, it just hides and I can't even open it again. When I choose "Advanced", almost the same happens, just empty space opens with no sliders. After restarting the app, I can see all the sections again, but the same happens as soon as I click on any of the above. And only the "Basic" section works as it should. Could you please fix it or let me know if there's a workaround?
Thank you! :)

This is a user forum and the developers do not respond to requests or reports. If you are having a technical problem then you can report it here...https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Perhaps a Fuji user can confirm this for you. It would help if we knew which operating system and version of CO you are using.

Is your Colour Editor in the fixed of scrollable section of you tool tab?
If you open a floating version of the colour editor tool does that work as expected?
I have assumed you are using V20 of Capture One.
Are you using a Workspace from the previous versions?

Did you find the problem/solution? I’m having the exact same issues on my MacBook Pro. I’m a Nikon user.

Denys,
Did you follow the hints from SFA?

In addition can we confirm that people are using the full system not the Express version.
I have never used express so I have no idea if it prevent seeing options that are not available or shows them but prevent access.
