This forum seems to be more fractured, and I find has less useful information than the original forum. The original forum was direct, had quick and easy access and the subject matter line allowed you to access what you needed. This forum has so many categories, and one never knows where one should go. The graphics and its readability is harsh, severe and uncomfortable.The format, way finding, is less about what the user needs, and more about controlling the message.
