    Hi,
I'm facing the same problem today, since the update of Windows.  Did you find a way to sort it out?

Hi Hao, I wrote to the C1 support. Here's the answer:

"In your case, I'd suggest performing clean uninstall of all versions of Capture One: How to uninstall Capture One? To back up your styles/presets, please follow these steps: How do I back up my styles & presets in case I need to update my OS/move to another computer? "

Up to now, I didn't do the reinstall, but batch rename the files.

The last step in the Windows file creation would be save the temporary file and remove the .tmp extension.

It sounds like something has broken that step.

    You wrote "export" .

Are you using the Export function or the Output Recipe Function or is it the same in both?

Hi SFA, I use Strg + D (File -> Process).

C1 Support contacted me again and advised me to whitelist C1 in my virus scanner:

"Please whitelist Capture One on your machine (Windows firewall, Avast, Norton or the like)"

I whitelisted in Avast. Now it works normal again.
