Could not query profile because no data was received from the server

I keep getting this window (Could not query profile because no data was received from the server.) I have no firewall o anything in my computer, I have it at my home office and can not get it to connect to the server, I also log in my profile and have no licenses when I just got the 99 $ monthly paid subscription and says so in the email received with my license key. can't believe I signed up for a year and can't use the program I'm really disappointed. Please HELP!!!! Need to get some work done ASAP!!!
