Colorchecker Passport
I know I can use the Colorchecker Passport to create an ICC for the situation I'm shooting in but...
If I create an ICC for every lighting scenario I come up against in, say, landscape photography I'll end up with hundreds of ICC profiles which all take time to create and will end up getting very confusing.
Will I be better off using a Grey Card instead when doing landscape?
How do you manage 'things' if you're using the Colorchecker Passport or do you just use a Grey Card?
Love to know.

_BUT_ your post shows that your profiles will be far from ideal, because you don't understand the challenges of creating camera profiles (so you might as well save your time & effort until you study the topic)... and yes - minor variations in illumination can be addressed by using a target w/ a neutral reflectance...0 -
