Files are exported with .tmp extension!!! (build 13.1.1.31)
Ever since the new build from a few weeks ago, the software exports files with .tmp extension. Regardless to the file type I choose... Is it a common issue? CO support doesn't acknowledge that which is disappointing to say the least :( It is possible to walk around it by simply changing the file name and deleting this extension. But it shouldn't happen in the first place....
I am on FUJIFILM PRO version.

There's a thread in a Capture One group on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/captureonetech about a similar problem that seems to have been tracked down to being caused by the user's anti-virus. (Look for the thread in the last couple of days from Dimitris Paterakis - sorry, I don't know if it is possible to provide a link to a specific thread.)

Thank you Ian. Regardless of what is causing that, they should fix it asap. There wasnt an issue before the last update

Hi Gil, I had the same problem. C1-Support told me to whitelist the programm in my virus-scanner. After that, everything worked normal again. Best, Kilian

Gil,
Difficult for someone to fix something that is not under their control.
What would you do if it was a problem that was sitting on your desk as the person responsible for a "fix"?

Thank you for the replies. White-listing did help for now. Hope there would be a fix soon. Thank you all!
