In common with several others - the system is exporting/processing files to a file with .tmp ending. 

 

this did not happen before and would appear to be a program error. 

 

Is a solution planned or is this something we have to put up with ?

    hi now sorted with help from C1 supporr. upgrade to most recent release 13.1.1. Avast queried production of jpeg but allowed exception to be created for C1
