Buggy first images when exporting

FirstName LastName

Each time I export images the first one is always buggy. I have c1 13,1,1,31 sony version, in windows 10 camera sony A73 different lenses.

    In Preferences, General tab, set the Hardware Acceleration for processing to Never.

    I have the same problem with Capture One 21 (14.1.0.74). The event log tells about 'OpenCL Queue Fail Generic - 80 - resOpenCLQueueFail'.
    Disabling hardware acceleration works but shouldn't this be considered as a bug and got fixed!? It would also be helpful if one could see a list of open bugs and also if one could send a bug report and not just feature requests...

    i totally agree with the previous speaker, the problem should be solved instead of offering a workaround. the bug was not always there, i think it occurred after the second update of version 21. and also exists in version 22. version 20 was completely bug free as far as this is concerned.

    Check for revised drivers for any GPU you have installed.

    Also, if the most recent driver update coincided with the problem starting, consider reverting to the previous driver or earlier.
